The Trassenheide Upside-Down House was created by Polish architects Klaudiusz Golos and Sebastian Mikiciuk as part of the project 'The World Upside Down' which allows visitors a different view of every day items. Since the whole interior is upside-down and can disorient some, the house is used purely as an exhibit.

Let us celebrate this, the most joyous of days: I just got China to refund me for that stupid dress.

TAKE THAT, CHINA. Now I can afford chairs!

...let us be grateful for NAP TIME. Holy!shit. She is worse than a crying baby.  No I could not enjoy my coffee this morning, no I could not watch the news this morning, no I could not go to the bathroom unassisted, no I could not work in the kitchen without someone either being under foot or having to sit in a chair next to the counter, no I could not relax because someone was taking the Tour le Grande from box to box, no I could not get anything started because someone wanted "up."  At least she ate most of her breakfast. O_o

I didn't sleep well at all last night and actually woke up kicking at the covers....someone broke in and I threw them down the stairs then felt the need to kick him until he was DEAD....in the mean time, flash back to medieval times where I was dodging arrows. After the first wave I felt I could relax but another band of archers appeared. I remember feeling grateful I could dodge the arrows until they would run out, then I would slay them with my long sword....all the while thanking them they didn't have sharp carving knives.  WTH? Yeah dreams...the throwing the guy down the steps must have been incredibly vivid for me to wake up kicking at the covers....and kicking HARD. Bastard. Die. LOL Zheesh. I'm tired today. So much work. So little of me.

Title: A Fine Spur
Rating: PG-13, for violence? I guess.
Characters: Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner – I think this is gen, but I dunno, he has sexy thoughts about her.
Disclaimer: Doesn’t belong to me.
Summary: Uninterested in being an Avenger, Bruce goes back into hiding. Once more Natasha is sent to recruit him, but she has an agenda of her own. There's this total McGuffin action plot, and then this totally meta discussion on whether Black Widow is allowed to show emotion, cf multiple fannish discussions on the subject.
A/N: This uses two prompts I saw on the kinkmeme. One is that Natasha is afraid of the Hulk and hangs out with Bruce in order to overcome it. Another one was Bruce tending Natasha’s wounds. So there you go.

Fear is a fine spur; so is rage. ~Irish proverb

She's just not drinking this morning and she won't eat her "soupy."  I had to refix soupy twice last night, and the second batch she scarfed down. This morning she turned her nose up at it, so I made it with bottled water. She's still turning her nose up at it and doesnt' seem to be drinking like she should. This is not a good thing!!! When she used her litter box this morning it was just a little bit.

She NEEDS water for her colon!!! I hate stress. This is really getting old.

::grumps::

I know i know big changes...but keeping her routine normal is what will keep her little body functioning normally.

Come on, Irene. DRINK, DAMNIT.  Fickle fucking feline.

After all the drama of moving...OMG Irene wriggled out of my arms when she saw the carrier and took off. I took off after her, tried to stuff her back in and she escaped again! More chasing ensued. That poor kittie ROFLMAO I was both terrified and humored by her reaction. She was hissing at me and SNORTING!! OMG Fine cat. I stuffed her in her carrier and put her on the commode so she could see what was going on but was clearly in another room.  She mewed a few times but I just let her go.

It took about an hour and a half to load the van. When I put her into my van to drive The Long Road To The Big House (all of four miles) she settled into her carrier, allbeit flassing dirty looks at me. We arrived at The Manor. I put her in the laundry room where I thought she'd feel safe but could still see out the door. She just curled up and seemed to settle down.

Finally....it was time to Let The Cat Out.  Oh fun times. She explored her new world with much caution but curiosity. Long story short she was funny as hell and still is this morning. She ate last night and PEED IN HER BOXIE (thank you, Universe and Bast).  She even pretty much let me sleep all night, including sleeping with me in bed for a while.

This morning she is ALL OVER this house, chirring and mewing and following me around like a shadow...then off to explore. Oh so funny. I will post pics as Her Serene Royal Screwball will pose.

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!

::runs in circles screaming!!::

The furniture is going to the The Manor! Well, most of it is. I am leaving a lot of STUFF behind. Once I get the furniture situated and all of the other stuff over there, I will methodically move the rest of the stuff over (most of it this weekend) on through the month of June and have Gram's house cleaned (and carpet on the sunporch replaced--thanks, Irene. ::grumps:: And officiallyturn the property back over to my dad the first week of July.

Today is going to be a traumatic day for both of us LOL She HATES her carrier. But she'll get over it, hopefully. She'll be in it for a few hours. But then she'll have me up all night, chirring and "telling"  me all about her new digs.

And of course, I have the MOTHER of all assignments due tonight by midnight. It's not done yet.
